Warrior Cat Premium Warranty:

Warrior Cat Store guarantees electronic devices products against manufacturing defects for two years from the date of purchase of the product by replacing it or refunding the amount, noting that the amount can only be refunded during the first 90 days of purchasing the product and after confirming the defect after receiving the product in the Warrior Cat maintenance department.


Device box is required to benefit from the warranty


Electronic devices are returned to the store, and after confirming that there is a defect, malfunction, or manufacturing error, a new device is sent or the full amount is returned, as stated in the warranty terms, and the customer must bear the value of the return policy of 30 riyals + the policy to send it to him again of 30 riyals.


In the event of a defect, malfunction or manufacturing error within the first two days of the purchase date, the store will bear all costs of sending a new electronic device.


What is not covered by the warranty:

Malfunctions resulting from misuse

Malfunctions due to the use of accessories or downloading unknown applications or the like on the device that do not meet the conditions mentioned on the product page or have viruses that are harmful to the device

Malfunctions caused by the customer, such as the product falling, drowning, or any other reasons caused by the customer.

Malfunctions due to incorrect or non-original charging cables in the main device


Retrieval:

- Get your money back within 6 hours of paying for the product without explaining the reasons, provided that 6 hours have not passed and with the deduction of the bank payment gateway fees.

- Returns cannot be made after shipping or receipt, except as stated in the manufacturing defects box.

The buyer bears the value of electronic payment fees and the cost of shipping to the delivery companies.


substitution:

- Replace products damaged due to a manufacturing defect or damaged during delivery within 7 days from the date of receipt. The store must be notified of the damage upon receipt and proof such as a picture of the product must be sent.


Opened products will not be replaced if there is no proven manufacturing defect, noting that non-replaceable products are all those that are outside the warranty conditions such as (misuse - lack of accessories - breakage - the product opened in a condition other than its natural state - failure to follow operating instructions - exposure of the product to water if it is not waterproof - performing any external maintenance - the device malfunctioning completely or partially in the event of using accessories that are not compatible with the device's features.

In the event that the product is returned because the customer claimed that the electronic devices contain a defect, malfunction or manufacturing error and it turns out that the electronic devices do not contain any problems, the return process will not be accepted and the customer must bear the value of the return policy of 30 riyals + a policy to send it to them again of 30 riyals and payment is only made via stcpay or a bank transfer to the institution’s account

We have the right to agree to refuse the return of products that do not meet the criteria mentioned in the exchange and return policy and the warranty policy, as they will be returned to the customer, who will bear the shipping costs there and back.



Exchange and return policy for gel blaster products and accessories:


1- Without prejudice to the provisions of the contractual and statutory warranty, the consumer has the right to replace or return the product provided to him by the store within two days from the date of receipt of the product, if the products contain defects from the manufacturer within two days of the purchase process, you are eligible for return - all products have been tested by our engineers and are ready to play and the store bears the value of the return if the defect is found from the store.


2- Terms of exchange or return

The product must be in good condition and the consumer must not have used the product or benefited from it and then say I want to return it. The store has the right to inspect the product before replacing or returning it to ensure its safety. The consumer bears the cost of shipping if he wants to replace the product. In the international replacement, the consumer bears the full costs of shipping and delivering the product to the shipping company. In the event of defects or errors, the consumer will be compensated.


3- The method of replacement and return is as follows:

First, the customer (buyer) must ship the products at his own expense to the store address or pay 50 riyals as a return value to the same store account.


Secondly, after arriving at the store, the products are carefully checked and examined. If it becomes clear that the shipping value has been misused, it will not be refunded and the products will be returned as is to the customer, and he is not entitled to a refund for any reason.

Examples of non-acceptance of return or exchange for any reason other than the manufacturing defects mentioned


  • I want to return because I don't want the products
  • I want to return it for personal reasons
  • I want to return it due to the high value of the products.


Thirdly, if it turns out to be a manufacturing error (manufacturing defect), then the shipping cost and the full value of the products will be refunded or they will be replaced with the same type of products but new, if the customer wishes.



Fourth: If the product was manufactured based on the consumer’s request or according to specifications he specified, with the exception of products that have a defect or that violate the specifications specified by the consumer.


1. Digital Products:


• Digital products cannot be returned or exchanged: Due to the nature of digital products that are delivered immediately online and come with an activation code, all purchases are final and cannot be returned or exchanged after the purchase has been successfully completed.

•Technical errors in the activation code: If the activation code is found to be invalid and has not been used previously, please contact customer service within 6 hours of receiving the code. We will investigate the issue and provide an appropriate technical solution as necessary, which may include providing a new activation code or other appropriate solution.


2. Digital Subscriptions:


• Digital subscriptions cannot be returned or exchanged: All digital subscription purchases are final after activation of the subscription code, regardless of the subscription period or any change in the customer’s needs.

• Dealing with activation problems: If there is a problem related to activating the subscription code or the subscription reaching the required service, the customer can contact customer service within 48 hours of receiving the subscription code to verify the problem and provide the necessary technical support.

• No guarantee of service availability: We are not responsible if the customer is unable to access the service due to local restrictions, connection problems, or any other issues beyond our control.


3. General Conditions:


• Contact Customer Service: All requests for assistance related to activation issues must be made through our official communication channels within 48 hours of receiving the code.

• Report Abuse: Any attempt to use the code after receiving a replacement, or share the code with third parties, is a violation of the terms and may result in cancellation of the subscription or account without any refund.

• Commitment to Terms: By purchasing any product or digital subscription, the customer agrees to all of the above terms.
